# Plans and limits

The Proof of Human Community plan is free and gives you full observability into your aggregate bot checks. Paid plans add session-level details, so you can review individual sessions on the dashboard and pull their data through the API.

You choose between Community and Base after you sign up and verify your email, and you can change plans later on the [Plan page](https://app.poh.org/account/plan) of your account. For large volumes, we offer custom Business agreements.

## What's included on the Community plan

The Community plan runs the full Proof of Human tracker on your site, so every session is scored the same way as on a paid plan. You see the results in aggregate on the home dashboard and in the totals at the top of each route and tag summary.

The Sessions, Tags, and Visitor IDs pages, the detailed breakdowns in route and tag summaries (bot detection, device and network checks, repeat visitors, recent history, and locations), session details, share links, changes to flag weights, and the [API](https://docs.poh.org/accessing-session-data.md) are only available on Base and Business plans.

### Monthly session limit on the Community plan

Community accounts can collect up to **100,000 sessions per month**.

Once you reach this limit, new sessions are not collected until your next month starts. The tracker still loads on your pages, but those sessions are not recorded, scored, or shown on the dashboard, and they cannot be recovered later. If you expect more than 100,000 sessions a month, you can upgrade your plan.

### Sessions collected on the Community plan stay locked

Session details for sessions collected while your account is on the Community plan are never available, even after you upgrade. After upgrading:

* Sessions collected on a paid plan show full details on the dashboard and through the API.
* Sessions collected on the Community plan stay locked and the API leaves them out of the [user](https://docs.poh.org/api-reference/user-data.md) and [tag](https://docs.poh.org/api-reference/tag-data.md) endpoints.

If you need session-level data for a study or launch, switch to a paid plan before you start collecting.
